1. Operator

2. A game of skill
Nekko Beam is a game of skill, not a game of chance. The outcome is determined solely by the player's timing and reactions. There is no random element in scoring: every player faces the same predetermined cow pattern, and the same input always produces the same result. This is not a lottery, raffle, or prize draw.
3. Eligibility
Open to residents of [New Zealand and Australia] aged [16]+ at the time of entry. Employees of the Operator and their immediate families are excluded.
4. How to play & pricing
Each play costs one credit. Credits are a flat, published rate — [$0.50] per play, or a bundle (e.g. [6 games for $3]). Buying more credits only buys more attempts; it never buys a higher score, a score multiplier, or improved odds of any kind. Free credits are also available (welcome bonus, watching sponsor spots, and referrals), so there is a no-cost way to take part.
5. Winning
The prize goes to the player with the single highest verified score in the competition period. Ties are broken deterministically by who reached that score first. All scores are verified on the Operator's servers.
6. Fair play & verification
Automated play, scripts/bots, or manipulation of scores are prohibited and will be disqualified. Statistically implausible scores are flagged for review. The Operator may require a prize winner to demonstrate their skill under supervision (e.g. a live/streamed play) before the prize is awarded.
7. Prize
