Who we are
NekkoFun ("we") runs Word Portal on NekkoFun. Contact: support@nekkofun.com.
What we collect and why
- Email — to verify your account (magic link) and contact a winner.
- Display name — shown on the public leaderboard.
- Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see your card details.
- Gameplay + IP/device signal — scores, credits, and anti-abuse signals to keep the competition fair.
How we use it
Only to run the competition: accounts, fair-play checks, the leaderboard, drawing and contacting the winner, and shipping the prize. We do not sell your personal information.
Processors
We use Supabase (accounts/database) and Stripe (payments). Clicking a sponsor spot takes you to that third party's own site under their policy.
Advertising & analytics cookies
We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and the TikTok Pixel to measure our ads and reach relevant audiences. These set cookies and share limited event data (such as page views and whether you registered or purchased, plus your IP address and a device/browser identifier) with Meta and TikTok, who process it under their own privacy policies. You can opt out via your device/browser ad settings and Meta's and TikTok's ad preference controls.
Retention & your rights
We keep competition data until 30 days after the prize is delivered, then delete or anonymise it except where the law requires retention. Email support@nekkofun.com to access, correct, or delete your data. We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and, where applicable, the Australian Privacy Principles.
