How we make sure the winner actually receives the prize.
The prize is guaranteed
Every prize we promote is guaranteed. Once the campaign finishes and the winner is determined, we will ship the advertised prize to the highest-scoring Ranked player (an active subscriber). There is no random draw — the top verified score wins, and the prize is sent.
Claiming your prize — a 7-day window
When the campaign ends and the winner is determined, we email the winner with claim instructions. The winner then has 7 days to respond.
If the winner does not respond within those 7 days, the prize is considered rejected by the winner. In that case we may retain the prize or redistribute it by any method, at our discretion.
Alternate prize in special circumstances
In special circumstances — for example, if the winner cannot physically receive the prize (shipping restrictions, location, or similar) — we may instead offer an alternate prize of equal or greater value.
